Refund policy

We understand that things happen and for whatever reason, sometimes a refund is necessary.  That’s why we provide a 100% refund; only the items that state a refund is applicable, will be eligible for a refund and if purchased from our website within the first 30 days.

Contact us via the email listed and put Refund in the subject and let us know what product you want a refund for. 


We’ll provide instructions to return the product to us (you pay return shipping fee; provide tracking information, if applicable) and upon receipt of the item we’ll refund the full amount of the product except if the item was purchased at a “promo” or “discounted” price, then the  “promo” or “discounted” price for that product will be refunded instead of the regular sales price.
